Thanks to its ideal location at the gateway to the city, PERSPECTIV' is a centrepiece of the urban renewal endorsed by the city of Esch-sur-Alzette. Designed by the prestigious architectural firm WILMOTTE & Associés, PERSPECTIV’ combines bold architecture and a sustainable vision of living and working spaces while focusing on the well-being of its occupants.
Open to its surrounding environment, PERSPECTIV' stands out with its different-sized buildings and its natural and durable materials.
The interplay of natural stone façades will highlight the volumes and lines to allow plenty of light to flood in.
